Content

This unit provides an in-depth understanding of theories and models of strategic human resource management and how they are applied in organisations to enhance performance. It includes an understanding of the synergy between an organisation’s strategic direction, the strategic use of its people resources, and the HR systems and practices that are necessary to achieve an organisation’s goals.
