Industry testimonial
'The City of Greater Geelong works closely with Deakin to support students on a regular basis. Being able to provide feedback to Deakin on what our industry is looking for in students is valuable to us, our Engineering Internship Program is a great example. These WIL placements provide a two-way opportunity, our business gets the support it needs for our contractors and Deakin students get meaningful work experience that can lead to full-time employment. 70 to 80% of interns from our Engineering Program have secured jobs after graduation.'
