Welcome to Deakin's Bachelor of Medical Imaging. As a commencing Medical Imaging student, there are a number of forms you need to complete before you begin studying.

Pre-placement documents
Before you commence placement, you will need to have a valid Fit2Work police check, Working With Children Check and completed Pre-Placement Occupational Risk Checklist. Find instructions about how to complete these forms here. A 2025 Hand Hygiene Certificate is also required. Please refer to the commencing Student Guide for further details. All documents must be completed by 28 February 2025.
