Agreement of terms and conditions * In submitting an application, I acknowledge that the decision of the Faculty Committee is final. I confirm that I meet eligibility criteria for my application. The outcome of this application will be conveyed to me in writing by email to my Deakin email address. I acknowledge that if I apply for a Supplementary Assessment, the outcome does not guarantee a pass in the unit and this outcome will be final with no further opportunity for additional supplementary assessment, review of result or Pass Conceded (PC) grade for this unit. It is not possible to stipulate a turnaround time for applications. Please do not submit a second application as this will not expedite matters.
