Mindfulness in the Library, plus pick up your free tea and journal!
Mind Matters is Deakin’s mental health and wellbeing movement. Running throughout Week 4 (Monday 29 July to Friday 2 August), Mind Matters Week offers you helpful information, strategies and resources to enhance your mental wellbeing.
Join us in the Library where our friendly Wellbeing Ambassadors will be promoting mindfulness and the DeakinWELLBEING app, plus giving away free tea and journals to students who have the app downloaded!
The Library will also set up curated book displays relating to wellbeing during the entire week, so come check it out between class!
