Active April 500k Steps Challenge
Did you know that just 30 minutes of daily exercise can improve your overall health and wellbeing?
To help keep our Deakin community active, we are encouraging staff and students to join in and help us reach our goal of 500,000 steps collectively across all campuses!
Sign up for the challenge in the DeakinWELLBEING app in the challenges tab on the Habits screen. Remember to log your steps daily by selecting a step-related habit (such as walking, jogging, hiking, running or simply 'steps') under the 'Be Active' category in the habit wheel. Tap 'Record Habit Completed' and then 'Complete as unscheduled' before entering your step count and completing the habit.
