Men's Health Week
International Men’s Health Week, recognised annually each June, is a health awareness campaign to support the health and wellbeing of men and boys around the world. In Australia, the official promotion and coordination of national Men’s Health Week is overseen by the Centre for Male Health at Western Sydney University.
This year, Men’s Health Week Australia runs from Monday 10 to Sunday 16 June 2024. The focus is on Men’s Health Checks and so we’re shining a spotlight on Knowing Your Man Facts and how you can proactively protect and benefit your physical, social and emotional wellbeing by identifying any risks to your health and implementing small, effective changes. During the week, we also encourage you to take some time out to assess how you are looking after yourself, whether you need to book in any necessary health checks, and how you can support and nurture the other men and boys in your life.
