Every November is Academic Writing Month (AcWriMo)!

AcWriMo is a themed month that brings together researchers from across the university to focus on topics relevant to academic writing and to get writing done. The Researcher Development Academy (RDA) in collaboration with other researcher support teams, creates a diverse range of workshops for researchers around topics related to writing and publishing. These include strategies for pre-writing, how to deal with reviewers’ comments, blogging your research, planning your writing, multiple Shut Up and Write sessions, and much more.

One of AcWriMo’s highlights is a 3-day writing retreat that is run in the final week of November. If you’re interested in attending, you can save the dates now!
