Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues using PebblePad, please make sure:

  • your internet browser is up to date
  • you do not have PebblePad open in multiple browser windows or on multiple devices
  • you do not have an ad-blocker add-on in your browser that is blocking PebblePad – if you do use an ad-blocker browser add-on, please create an exception for PebblePad URLs.

If you need to report an issue with PebblePad, please include information about the browser you are using, as well as the device (laptop, phone) and whether it is Windows, Mac/iOS, Android etc, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
