This program offers practical tips for you to explore.

Session 3 | THRIVE: Take control of your time management Do you have a good routine for managing your work/study/life responsibilities? Session 5 | THRIVE: Overcoming procrastination Understand the emotions behind why we procrastinate on tasks and how you can overcome this counterproductive habit. Session 6 | THRIVE: Strategies for managing anxiety and stress Beat any end-of-trimester worries by understanding external and internal factors that can induce stress and anxiety.
