Document certification on campus

If you require a statutory declaration or certified documents in Australia, you can book a document certification appointment with one of our campus nurses.

The campus nurse can only assist with the following:

• witness a statutory declaration
• certify true copies of an original document
• certify a person's identity.

You can also choose to visit a signing station near you where you can see a Justice of the Peace. A Justice of the Peace is someone authorised to act as an independent and objective witness to documents used for official or legal purposes. They can:

• witness a statutory declaration
• certify true copies of an original document
• certify a person's identity
• attest to the execution of a document
• witness an affidavit for use in court.
