Request for an Undergraduate Diploma

You may be invited to graduate from your undergraduate degree with an Undergraduate Diploma, providing you meet the below eligibility criteria.

You have received an email from Student Central advising you that you may be eligible and directing you to complete this form.
Enrolled in an undergraduate degree which offers an undergraduate diploma
Have to have been intermitted for the last two compulsory trimesters
Cannot be currently enrolled
Available to any undergraduate student who commenced their studies with Deakin in 2019 or later
Passed at least eight credit points of study, including a maximum of 4 credit points granted for Recognition of Prior Learning

Declaration If you wish to continue studies under this enrolment later (i.e. finish the bachelor degree you were originally enrolled in) you will need to make an application for readmission, subject to a readmission assessment and the entry requirements of the intake.
You will not be permitted to be readmitted to your original course of study until after two compulsory study periods have elapsed following the awarding of your Undergraduate Diploma.

If you choose to readmit to your course at a later date you must follow the terms and conditions of the Admission and Recognition of Prior Learning policy.

I understand that my current course will be discontinued once the Undergraduate Diploma is processed.

Deakin University is collecting your personal information on this form for the primary purpose of assessing your application for an alternative exit. It will also use this information to determine your eligibility to graduate and to update your enrolment information, if applicable.

You are not required to provide the information requested, however if the information is not provided, Deakin may not be able to assess your application for an alternative exit from your course.
