Content
"The New World of Work" capstone delves into the transformative forces reshaping human resource management, including digital transformation, remote and hybrid work models, the gig economy, and employee well-being. Students will explore critical and contemporary topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the future skills needed to thrive in evolving labour markets. This unit equips students with the strategic insights and practical skills necessary to navigate and lead in a rapidly changing work environment, preparing them for advanced roles in human resource and organisational management.
