Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.

This will include educator guided online learning activities within the unit site.

Content

This unit introduces insights in enterprise optimisation and transformation and focuses specifically on approaches, tools and methodologies to develop and recommend solutions for strategically guided business performance improvements, supported by an array of modern technologies.

Hurdle requirement

Hurdle requirement: Achieve at least 50% of the marks available on assessment 2 to evidence a minimum proficiency in the aligned learning outcomes included in this unit.
