Content
This unit introduces students to the politics and practice of health communication. It examines the role of mass media and digital technologies in shaping public understandings of health and illness and explores how practitioners can effectively engage with these platforms to promote health equity and drive social change. Students will delve into practical techniques and core concepts used in health communication, while critically analysing the ethical dilemmas and challenges that arise in the field.
