Content

This unit creates opportunities for learning through researching trauma-responsive and humanitarian policies and services. The unit explores what practice inquiry is, how practice inquiry is different from basic research, why we need to investigate trauma-responsive educational practices, what the core methodological strategies and ethical implications of practice inquiry in trauma-responsive education are, and why social justice perspectives are important in trauma-responsive and humanitarian practice inquiry.
