Content
Exploring the value of entrepreneurial thinking in different contexts, your work in this unit will reflect industry best practice and contribute to your online portfolio and brand as a communications professional. Analyse and evaluate opportunities and challenges for content creators seeking to monetise their media, and organisations using social media to achieve business objectives. Through a hands-on approach using digital tools and platforms, you will build on your knowledge of content creation and social media strategy to plan and produce a creative digital media project aligned with an entrepreneurial goal and a target audience. There is scope to tailor the project to interests such as developing a campaign in a specific industry, launching a freelance media-making career, or monetising a creative project like a Substack newsletter or a YouTube channel.
