Deakin guaranteed ATAR
We are providing lower upfront guaranteed ATARs for eligible students from under-represented cohorts. This includes students from under-represented schools, rural or regional locations, or from an Indigenous background.
How to finalise your preferences
VTAC allows you to apply for up to eight courses in order of preference, in just a few simple steps:
Log into your VTAC account and open your preference list.
Add, delete, or re-order your course preferences.
Review and submit your change of preferences.

Order is important
Remember, you only receive one offer per round for the highest preference you are eligible for – so list courses in the order you want to study them, not the order in which you think you’ll get in. We’ve got all the change of preference advice you need.
Find a scholarship
You’ve worked hard during VCE and we believe your effort deserves to be rewarded. Be recognised for your academic achievements or efforts in the community with a Deakin scholarship. Check if you’re eligible.

Boost your chances of getting into your dream degree with the Regional and Remote Entry Scheme. Year 12 students in regional and remote areas may be eligible for an alternative entry pathway into select sport and health courses.

Do you want to finish Year 12 full of confidence? No matter where you live, you can apply for the Deakin Regional Access Scheme and receive a conditional offer long before you've finished exams.
