We invite students to contact us to discuss opportunities for living and studying in Australia. The team will endeavour to answer any questions you may have and help you get to know Deakin better.

We are available via phone and email. You can also visit us at the main office, but please make an appointment beforehand.

English Placement Test

Future students who have not completed IELTS/TOEFL/PTE testing are welcome to take their English placement test at the Deakin University China Office. The test is free of charge but an appointment must be made in advance.

By subway

Deakin's China Office is only a short five-minute walk from Chongwenmen Station, which is located on Line 2 and Line 5.

By bus

The office is well connected by bus. You can take bus number 9, 104, 108, 110, 111 or 673, all of which pass through the surrounding area. Many other buses also pass through the surrounding area. The best stops are Chongwenmen West Station and Chongwenmennei Station – both just a five-minute walk from the office.

Driving

Deakin’s China Office is accessible by car, however, parking in the local neighbourhood is limited.
