The Faculty has developed strong partnerships with leading universities, TAFE colleges, businesses, professional societies, and private educational providers, both onshore and offshore.
In recognition of our close working relationship with the business and professional community, the Good Universities Guide named Deakin joint winner of the prestigious University of the Year award for 1999/2000. Deakin is the only university to have been named University of the Year twice, having previously won the award for its use of technology in teaching and learning.
