| RECENT RESEARCH: | Professor Rodwell is returning to Deakin University after working in industry and then MGSM at Macquarie University. His papers have been published in journals that include: Human Resource Management, Work & Stress, Human Relations, Group & Organization Management, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. John has a strong research background including having been the Associate Dean of Research at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Prior to Macquarie University John was based in London as a manager and the head of analytics in the credit cards division of Lloyds TSB Bank in the UK. John’s current research focus is on employee-level issues such as work stress in large organisations (e.g. and especially, in hospitals), with an aim toward making healthier, more productive workplaces and preventing employee turnover. |
