TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Jane is currently a Lecturer in International Business Management – MPM735.   Jane is the academic coordinator for the International Business Stream in the India Study Tour.  For further information on the India Study Tour please follow the following link: http://www.deakin.edu.au/buslaw/india/

Prior to her appointment at the Deakin Business School, Jane was a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Victoria University. Jane had lectured in a variety of subjects there:

Jane has also tutored at Monash University in various subjects which include:

Jane was awarded her PhD in International Human Resource Management at Monash University in 2005. Her PhD focused on the participation of women in international assignments in multinational enterprises. Jane co-authored a 'Selected Paper' presentation at the International Human Resource Management Conference, Cairns (2005).

Jane’s current research projects are examining entry mode decisions made by Australian businesses when entering China, and the repatriation of individuals in multinational enterprises.  She has recently completed a report with her colleagues, Dr Mona Chung and Professor Stuart Orr on her research of Australian Businesses in China.
