TEACHING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Human Resource Management in postgraduate programs including the Masters of Business Administration and the Graduate Diploma of Corporate Management and was the founding director of the Graduate Diploma of Human Resources, a joint program with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

2004-present Co-director and facilitator of International Study Program to China and Hong Kong.

Current research interests include:

  • individual and organisational value congruence as predictors of commitment, 
  • strategic human resource development, and experiential learning
  • corporate - university alliances 
  • repatriation support practices  organizational commitment, retention, career development activities and perceptions of career success (With Dr Jane Menzies).
