Peter has 22 years experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector, spanning a range of roles and industry segments. His career has spanned corporate business governance, commercial and business management, project portfolio management, consulting, strategy formulation, product management, international standards, systems engineering and research.
He works with the HP Services Country General Manager and country management team to ensure that the business objectives for profitable growth and client satisfaction are achieved across the portfolio of services engagements and projects.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, 1st Class Honours) from the University of Adelaide and an MBA (Technology Management) from Deakin University, for which he won the BHP Steel Prize for the Best 1999 MBA Graduate from the Deakin / APESMA program. He also sits on the Academic Advisory Boards for Deakin's Business School and Information Systems School .
Outside work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is active in his church community and is a founding member of Social Policy Connections Inc., the Rowville Ecumenical Social Justice Network and the Knox Council Inter-Faith Network. In his (limited) spare time he is currently trying to complete a Diploma of Social Justice Studies at Yarra Theological Union. He enjoys good wine, and is known as a dedicated supporter of the Adelaide Crows.
