About the Faculty of Business and Law

In this site you will find information about the courses we offer, our staff and our research interests. As we place great emphasis on our international activities and our links with industry, business and the professions, you will also find information about our activities in these areas.
A special feature of our Faculty is that we teach on three Australian campuses (the Melbourne campus at Burwood, Geelong campus at Waurn Ponds and the Warrnambool campus), and on the campuses of partner institutions in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong and New Guinea, and by distance education throughout the world.
The Faculty contains five schools - Accounting, Economics and Finance; Information Systems; Law; Management and Marketing; and the Deakin Business School.
We are committed to extending the boundaries of business and legal education. We aim to achieve this through close relationships with professional associations, other education providers and universities,business, employers and government - across Australia and internationally.
